  34. You are wrong.  However you were probably confused because WFW DOES have some 
  35. specific 32 bit code added that significantly enhances disk I/O. These 32 bit 
  36. enhancements have been "borrowed" from one of the other 32 bit OS developement 
  37. (Chicago/Win95 I think).  WFW is basically an enhanced version of regular 
  38. Windows 3.1.
